It’s rarely an ideal day when having to call a restoration company for service due to a water leak. I can say that First Atlantic did a great job putting me at ease and getting my needs addressed promptly and keeping me informed as to what was happening. Weekend service was originally performed by Kara who was the weekend supervisor and she was fantastic and took her time to make sure I understood what was happening. When it came time to removed ruined materials from walls and floor and set up containment while drying out the affected room Rafael, Jake, Phil, Ollie and Loli all came to get us fixed up. They arrived on time and were very thorough. Additionally all members of the team were very respectful of our home and work from home schedule. All members of the team were friendly and professional. I really appreciated them answering my questions and making sure I stayed in the loop as to what steps would occur next. Overall, I am very happy with the service I have received and appreciate the First Atlantic team helping me through this process. I would recommend them to anyone in need of restoration services in the Hampton Roads area!
